CSR for SMEs
CSR for SME’s – three key actions
Climate Change and talk of social responsibility is everywhere and it can feel overwhelming.
It has been proven that being a socially responsible business builds resilience and profitability through a happier workforce, stronger client relationships and better engagement with your local communities.
If you are a CEO or business leader and would like coaching in a safe space to ask all those questions around sustainability, ESG, CSR, that you feel you should know the answer to then contact me.
Businesses that are most successful with regards being socially responsible start with three key actions for success:
- appointing someone at the board level to take responsibility. This is often the CEO but can also be Marketing, HR, Finance or Operations directors.
- Engage your employees by creating a CSR committee – this shares the load as well as getting diverse input, ideas and solutions
- Set goals and targets that drive positive change and support your organisations business strategy
