I am passionate about supporting women and men in engineering and can offer coaching to your key staff and up and coming stars.

I am fully qualified with an empathetic but challenging style. I have 28 years’ experience in the industry and bring real life experience to support my clients’ in reaching their goals and that of the companies.

Having started on site with large and small projects, I achieved a global senior vice president role at Skanska, being a role model with a wide variety of experiences both home and abroad.

I fully understand how to support individuals and their business goals and was part of a team that started a female mentoring and coaching programme at Skanska.

More recently (2021), I became a Tutor on the Cambridge University Sustainable Leadership in Real Estate programme which develops deeper understanding and action planning to make a positive impact on your career, business and the wider world.

My unique strengths are to combine Sustainability Consulting and Executive Coaching

• Sometimes senior leaders can be given the responsibility of ‘sustainability’ within an organisation and they do not really understand the topic–my coaching will be unique as there is the option for coaching plus a sustainability angle so the sessions are slightly more informed.
• Supporting women in business – a well managed diverse and inclusive team makes for a more profitable business. I have operated at a senior level in a male dominated industry for many years and therefore have experience of the potential highs and lows.
